Hong Kong Fashion Week For Fall/Winter Underway
19 January 2016 – The 47th Hong Kong Fashion Week for Fall/Winter opened yesterday at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). The local fashion communication hub FASHIONALLY joined hands with Ning Lau, founder of fashion website www.who-are-invited.com and celebrated local doll artist, to promote Hong Kong’s latest fashion trends. Two fashion shows were staged for upcoming local talents, featuring designers from the Hong Kong Young Fashion Designers’ Contest (YDC). Ms Lau has created customised dolls to showcase the 2016 Fall/Winter collections of eight designers. The eight dolls feature characteristics and styles of eight local fashion celebrities at Fashion Week, showing support to local designers.
