Three major HKTDC trade fairs kick off the new year with Toys Fair’s new “Pop & Play” pavilion open to public
Toy highlights and selections from Baby Products and Stationery Fairs feature at press conference tomorrow
5 January 2026 – The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is launching into 2026 with the 52nd HKTDC Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair and 17th HKTDC Hong Kong Baby Products Fair, running alongside the 24th Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair, co-organised with Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd. Themed “New Play for All”, the three fairs will showcase innovative toys, infant and child products and a wide range of stationery items at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from 12 to 15 January 2026.
The first major industry event to kickstart the year, the Toys & Games Fair is debuting the new “Pop & Play” pavilion in 2026. Open to trade professionals and the public, it will showcase numerous “fair premieres” and global limited-edition collectibles, including designer toys and figurines, licensed collectibles and blind boxes. Various IP creator interviews, autograph sessions, live painting demonstrations, celebrity sharing, board game experiences and giveaway events will be held as part of the event, enabling toy collectors and enthusiasts to interact and discover new dimensions of toy culture. In addition, the Happy Ageing label will be introduced at the fair, allowing buyers to identify toys and games designed specifically for seniors as well as intergenerational family fun.
The Green Toys zone highlights toys made from recycled materials, while the Green Solutions Suppliers label facilitates eco-conscious procurement. Kidult World showcases games and collectibles catering to adult enthusiasts, including Naruto merchandise and the AMK MINI Transformers WAVE3 series. Selected exhibitors will showcase some of the most innovative toy and game products at the press conference.
The Baby Products Fair features the highly anticipated ODM Strollers and Gear zone, helping buyers source products from original design manufacturers. The acclaimed Selection of Europe group pavilion returns, showcasing diverse European baby products including baby rockers, baby walkers and premium children's apparel.
Meanwhile, the Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair brings together the latest back-to-school items as well as school and office supplies from around the world, including products from Greece, New Zealand and Taiwan.
The three exhibitions offer buyers a unique one-stop sourcing opportunity, creating more cross-industry business opportunities. Under the EXHIBITION+ model, the fairs combine access to the physical exhibition with the Click2Match smart-matching platform, which enables online business meetings. The online exhibition will be accessible from 5 to 22 January 2026, helping to create more business opportunities for participating companies. Buyers can also scan QR codes at exhibitor booths using the Scan2Match service to bookmark their favourite exhibitors, browse product information and engage with exhibitors even after the fair, helping to build more business connections.
We invite you or your representative to attend a press conference tomorrow, 6 January 2026 where we will provide more information about the fairs, highlight the latest industry trends and offer an export overview, with several exhibitors showcasing their distinctive products.
