Autumn electronics fairs launch next Monday, showcasing cutting-edge tech and latest innovations

New RoboPark features smart robots and renowned industry speakers

6 October 2025 – The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is hosting four major technology fairs this autumn, including two flagship electronics events.

The Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition) and electronicAsia will take place from 13 to 16 October at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), bringing together more than 3,200 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions.

The fairs will showcase a wide range of smart home and commercial electronics, appliances, audiovisual equipment and the latest tech solutions, positioning Hong Kong as a global hub for electronics trading and innovation.

This year’s fairs align with the latest Policy Address from the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, which promotes AI as a core industry for Hong Kong’s development and facilitates the technology’s deep integration across multiple sectors.

The fairs at the HKCEC will spotlight three key aspects – AI and robotics, the silver economy and digital entertainment – and feature products, such as:

Themed the “World’s Leading Electronics Marketplace”, the Electronics Fair will feature more than 20 exhibition zones. This year, the newly added RISE Avenue will showcase a range of emerging electronic technology brands, presenting the latest in robotics technologies, gaming accessories, home theatre and more.

Another new exhibition zone, the Adventure Hub, will feature local start-ups showcasing vehicles converted from classic fuel cars to electric vehicles using oil-to-electric technology, including a classic 1989 BMW E30 Touring.

The newly launched RoboPark will host more than 30 sessions, with demonstrations of robotic applications in commercial, rehabilitation and daily life settings. Renowned speakers from leading Chinese Mainland robotics companies, including Unitree Robotics and Booster Robotics, will be featured.

Visitors can also enjoy a free taste of limited-edition robot-brewed coffee. Other highlights include the Hall of Fame, which shines a spotlight on globally renowned electronics brands, the Tech Hall, which presents technological innovations, the inaugural Hong Kong Tech Showcase featuring high-quality innovation and tech products from local tech companies, and the Start-up Zone, where promising new ventures will be showcased.

The fair will also feature a range of forums, seminars and other activities. These will include the 10th Symposium on Innovation & Technology, jointly organised by the HKTDC and Hong Kong Electronics & Technologies Association, on 13 October.

Under the theme “Advancing Innovation Through Collaboration: Robotics Across Land, Sea, and Sky”, industry elites will share insights on topics, such as the development of the robotics economy, applications of smart logistics and the role of unmanned vessels in ocean exploration.

We invite you or your representative to cover the Hong Kong Electronics Fair, electronicAsia, and the Symposium on Innovation & Technology and other related activities.
