Press conference set to preview quality timepieces on offer at the Watch & Clock Fair, Salon de TE

21 August 2023 – The 42nd HKTDC Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair, along with 11th Salon de TE, organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), will run from 5 to 9 September at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). Under the hybrid EXHIBITION+ model, the online exhibitions start a week in advance, running from 29 August to 16 September, creating a more convenient and efficient platform where global traders can expand business networks.

The Watch and Clock Fair is a professional platform for global buyers to conduct one-stop procurement and business negotiations, while Salon de TE gathers internationally renowned watch brands. Both physical exhibitions will be open to industry buyers for five days and Salon de TE will be open to buyers and the public for the final two days (8 and 9 September), letting watch enthusiasts appreciate the exquisite craftsmanship of watchmakers and buy their favourite fine timepieces at the same time.

A press conference on 29 August (Tuesday next week) will introduce exhibition highlights and exciting events, providing an analysis of the overall situation of the watch market in terms of business procurement and retail market trends. The press conference will feature a watch-themed dance performance, showcasing exquisite watches including the Snoopy Aviation Collection by the Swiss brand ROMAGO, featuring a robin’s egg blue colour as main theme, the “White Tiger” Automatic Watch by Lucky Harvey, as well as tourbillon watches made by young watchmakers themselves.
