Opening Thursday: Houseware & Home Textiles Fairs
Over 2,500 Exhibitors, High Quality Home Products on Show
13 April 2017 – The 32nd HKTDC Hong Kong Houseware Fair and the 8th HKTDC Hong Kong International Home Textiles and Furnishings Fair will open next Thursday (20 April) and continue through 23 April at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). The two fairs are expected to attract more than 2,500 exhibitors from 28 countries and regions, making it an ideal platform for companies to explore a multitude of opportunities in the houseware, home textiles and furnishings sectors.
For the first time, the Houseware Fair is celebrating various aspects of “LIFE” with exhibitors presenting products under the themes: Lifestyle, Interior, Feast and Enrich. New zones under the themes will include “World of Building and Hardware”, “Coffee Alley”, “HORECA” and “Startup”. Start-up companies can showcase their creativity at the event with a lower booth cost as well as by taking part in “Startup . Smart Launch” sessions where they can introduce their products to buyers.
The two fairs will also feature a series of events; Product Demo & Launch Pad sessions, International Kitchenette and Latte Art performances – offering buyers insights into a wide array of the latest products and their functions. A number of seminars will also be organised during the fair to explore the 2018 trends in housewares, home textiles, the pets industry and product certification.
