                                                            Press Conference Next Week to Preview Highlighted Products

30 December 2015 Asia’s largest toy fair, the HKTDC Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair, will open in mid-January, alongside the HKTDC Hong Kong Baby Products Fair and the Hong Kong International Stationery Fair. About 2,800 exhibitors, a new fair record, from around the world are expected to take part in the three fairs, which will showcase a wide range of innovative products.

The three events will open on 11 January 2016, and continue through 14 January at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). A press conference will be held on 6 January (Wednesday) to announce details of the fairs and offer a first-hand look at some of the highlighted products from Hong Kong manufacturers, including:

·      Quadcopter – using barometer technology to lock the flying level. It is controlled by mobile app and comes with an eyepiece adapter that gives 3D augmented-reality images to enhance the user’s experience;

·      Interactive jigsaw time puzzle – in collaboration with National Geographic, it is the world’s first 3D puzzle with mobile app which allows users to discover the history of a city;

·      Licensed Batman magnetic levitation toy – replica of the aircraft featured in the latest blockbuster Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice;

·      Bluetooth Baby & Toddler 2 in 1 scale – accurately measures weight and the data can be recorded in a mobile app, allowing parents to closely monitor the growth of their child;

·      Diaper Disposal Bin – UV light tube in the lid can kill 99.9% of most micro-organisms and bacteria and removes odour from used diapers;

·      One of the world’s smallest 3-in-1 shredders – includes paper shredder, letter opener and ID protection stamper. Among the most convenient personal identity protection devices.
