HKTDC Electronics And Lighting Fairs Open Next Month
Press Conference to Unveil Fair Details, New Products & Market Trends

29 September 2015 - The HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition), HKTDC Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) and electronicAsia come to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) next month while the World of Outdoor Lighting & Lighting Accessories will make its debut at AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE). Exhibitors from around the world will showcase a wide range of electronic and lighting products and services.

 

Staged concurrently, the HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair and the electronicAsia, co-organised by the HKTDC and MMI Asia Pte Ltd, will run 13 to 16 October. Together, they will welcome around 4,100 exhibitors, making the event the world’s largest electronics marketplace. The Electronics Fair will feature a number of themed areas including new Smart Tech and Robotics & Unmanned Tech zones.

 

The Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) will run 27-30 October at the HKCEC. The fair will showcase more than 2,530 exhibitors in various product zones. Apart from the Lighting fair, World of Outdoor Lighting & Lighting Accessories will be launched at AWE, alongside the HKTDC International Building and Hardware Fair and the Eco Expo Asia from 28 to 31 October. This new arrangement is designed to generate more cross-sector business and networking opportunities.

The HKTDC will hold a press conference on 5 October, to introduce the fairs and spotlight some innovative exhibits, including a new aerial camera with 4K features, a smart home device which adjusts and controls air-conditioners via smartphone, a Hong Kong-designed smart Wi-Fi photo frame, Smart Lighting Solution that uses Bluetooth 4.0 technology, Solar Light Bulb with Photo Charger and LED Lamp that is dimmable at a touch.
